  • Returns must be made within 30 days of time order is placed, you may return any un-opened/un-used products for a refund less shipping plus an additional return fee of ($4.99) and a 15% restocking fee.  Return products must be in original condition (sealed, retail packaging) otherwise a refund may not be issued.
  • Note, returning an item will be at your expense unless we or our supplier ships you the wrong item...
  • Also note, returning something that ships by truck can be very costly for you to return...
  • Please contact us first by Email tvamazon@truevalue.net for return instructions & include the order # & date... Please allow 24 hours for us to answer your inquiry & if you don't get a response in that time, please call us 1-406-333-0015.
  • In some cases where an item is deemed defective a call tag may be issued from us to you and we pay for the shipping.
  • In some cases where an item has to be replaced because of a defect , You will be charged for the replacement  and will then be credited once we receive the defective item.  This process may take up to 24 to 48 hours. 
  • There are a few larger, more expensive items such as Grills, Outdoor Power Equipment & and  other Items that will require a restocking fee if they are returned for any other reason that a matter that can't be corrected with parts or repair by the customer working  with the nearest service center at their expense.  Or If You Just Order The Item & Decide It Is The Wrong Item For Your Needs.   All Items That Have Been Shipped By FedEx or other Common Carriers And Returned To Us Are Subject To A 20% Restocking Fee... This Also Applies To Orders Cancelled By The Customer After Ordering.
  • Note:   We are sorry but we do not  issue call tags for items that have been mistakenly ordered.   These items have to te returned to us in their original boxes in new condition to receive credit  and at the customers shipping expense... If items are deemed to not be in new condition, No Credit will be sssued & or a restocking fee may be charged.
  • They Must Be Returned Within 30 Days Of The Date Of Invoice.
    Items Returned To Us After 30 Days Are Subject To A 20% Restocking Fee.
    Items Returned To Us After 60 Days Are Subject To Receiving No Credit At All.
  • Items That Are Shipped By FedEx & Then Cancelled Or Refused After Ordering Are Subject To A 10% Restocking Fee As Well As The Shipping Expense That We Have Made In Shipping.   Items Shipped By Common Carrier (Truck) Are Subject To A 20% Restocking Fee If Cancelled After Ordering... Items That Ship By Truck Cannot & Will Not Be Guaranteed To Be Delivered By A Certain Date.
  • Items that are drop shipped from the manufacturer are only returnable directly to the manufacturer.
